“Claire Cowie: Flying Ladies of Leisure” featured an ‘open studio’ artist residency by Cowie, who worked in full view of the public for a period of three weeks in July 2003. This allowed Henry visitors a unique opportunity to glimpse the artist’s unusual working methods. During her residency, Cowie created new work that will be exhibited alongside selections of her art from the past five years.
