Join Don Fels, Mark Jenkins, Tikka Sears, and special guests for a candid discussion of what collaborative endeavors can mean to community and culture. In 2004, Seattle artist Don Fels and playwright Mark Jenkins began discussing a theatrical production on Cambodian American ‘returnees’, young men being deported to Cambodia. In 2008 Fels and Jenkins visited Phnom Penh where they met artist Sopheap Pich, who took an interest in their project. Jenkins was inspired by Pich to create a play that balanced drama, fact, activism, and art in equal measure.
